Our Process

​Comment has a long history of effectively executing and delivering Grant Proposals.  The company Government Affairs and Compliance Office evaluates state and federal opportunities and aligns them by state and company capabilities. At that point, we prioritize and seek potential partnership approaches by qualified grant participants to apply for grant funding.  

​After consulting with our potential partners, our team will develop an in-depth proposal that will include technical solutions to obtain funding. This will include site evaluations, fiber and wireless solutions, networking ties, and site development construction so that an estimate can be formulated for the overall build and grants can be solicited.
